When Bad Chocolate Goes Good!

This item is for 8oz of ooey gooey goodness!  It ships in larger bars to keep it fresh.  Try slicing in very thin pieces, and see how long it takes to disappear!

FuBar is literally the result of a rough day in the kitchen.  Chocolate can be temperamental, and one day it just would not set properly for me.  2 lbs of Sea Dream Caramels that just stayed gooey.  Well, being stubborn, I refused to waste that much chocolate and caramel.  So I scraped it off the parchment, tossed it in a double boiler, and added the fresh marshmallow I had just finished.  And the result was AWESOME!  It is reminiscent of my grandmother’s fudge, but so much denser and creamier.  Ribbonned with the caramel and sea salt, many of my girlfriends petitioned for the name PMS Bar!  It is salty, carmelly, and chocolatey all in one!  The trouble being, in my frustration, I didn't measure anything! Thankfully, we are scientific geeks. It only took about 5 batches to get it right again!  Now you can enjoy it any time.

This is not a light, fluffy fudge.  It is dense and rich, but melts on the tongue.
