Mint Truffles

Our dark chocolate Mint truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Bittersweet Belgian Chocolate, heavy cream, and high end peppermint liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered chocolate. The finished truffle is wrapped in green foil. Green for the color your friends will be when they find out you have these!

Our ganache center Callebaut chocolate is 60% cocoa for a deep, rich taste. The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. Coating chocolate is generally infused with paraffin or hydrogenated oil, giving the chocolate a waxy texture. My truffle shells are always made with 55% cocoa pure chocolate. This item is for a 5 boxed truffles, about 1/3 lb.
