Frangelico Hazelnut Truffles

Our dark chocolate hazelnut truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Bittersweet Belgian Chocolate, heavy cream, and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered chocolate. The finished truffle is then garnished with chopped, toasted hazelnuts for easy identification.  Our ganache center is Callebaut chocolate, which is 60% cocoa, for a deep, rich taste.

These truffles are smooth on the tongue and pair wonderfully with bubbly champagne! The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. This item is for a 5 boxed truffles.
