Sea Dream Caramel

Try this amazing flavor profile for a taste your tongue will not soon forget!  Our Caramel is hand-made using heavy cream and unsalted butter. The creamy texture is the result of patience and time, as well as a perfectly refined recipe! The caramel is hand dipped into true tempered Callebaut chocolate. French sea salt (I brought it back from Paris myself!) is then sprinkled on top. The combination of sweet, salty, and creamy is amazing!

16 pieces of chocolate dipped caramel, about 1 lb of pure decadence. These are truly handmade items, so each is unique. Because we go to the trouble to use and temper real chocolate, you may see small white streaks (bloom) on the surface of the chocolate. This is only a visual imperfection and will not effect the taste of the product.

The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. Coating chocolate is generally infused with paraffin or hydrogenated oil, giving the chocolate a waxy texture. We use only Callbeaut chocolate made with 55% cocoa.
