Kahlua Cafe Latte Truffle

Our Cafe Latte truffle are hand-made using Callebaut White Belgian Chocolate, heavy cream, and  Kahlua coffee liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered dark chocolate. The finished truffle is then garnished with a coffee bean for easy identification. My ganache center is Callebaut white chocolate, which is especially smooth and creamy. These truffles are smooth on the tongue and pair wonderfully dessert wine or coffee.

The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. Coating chocolate is generally infused with paraffin or hydrogenated oil, giving the chocolate a waxy texture. My truffle shells are always made with 55% cocoa pure chocolate.
