BACON! What guy doesn't like bacon? The combination of crispy, salty, pork and intense creamy dark chocolate is unusual, and delicious! We used thick cut, apple smoked bacon. It is oven baked until crunchy and crispy, then immersed in Dark Callebaut Chocolate. The man pack includes 6 Guinness Truffle and 2 oz. of Chocolate covered bacon!

The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. Coating chocolate is generally infused with paraffin or hydrogenated oil, giving the chocolate a waxy texture. Our truffle shells are always made with 55% cocoa pure chocolate.
