Inspired by the amazing head on a pint of Guinness, our milk chocolate ganache center is infused with a reduction of true Guinness stout. (Two bottles to a pound of chocolate!) The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered dark chocolate. The finished truffle is drizzled with an accent of white chocolate. The creamy milk chocolate blends with and mellows the intense hops of the stout, while the dark chocolate shell provide the intensity to complement the finish.

Our milk chocolate Irish Cream truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Belgian Milk Chocolate, heavy cream, and Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered dark chocolate. The finished truffle is wrapped in gold foil, because these are worth their weight in gold! The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate.
