Grand Marnier Orange Truffles

Our dark chocolate grand Marnier truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Bittersweet Belgian Chocolate, heavy cream, and Grand Marnier orange liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered chocolate. The finished truffle is then garnished with a sugared orange rind for easy identification. My ganache center is Callebaut chocolate, which is 60% cocoa, for a deep, rich taste.

These truffles are smooth on the tongue and pair wonderfully dessert wine or coffee. The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate.  This item is for a 5 boxed truffles.
