Champagne Truffle

Our Dark chocolate Champagne truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Bittersweet Belgian Chocolate, heavy cream, and champagne cognac. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered chocolate. The finished truffle is then garnished with edible gold dust for a beauty presentation! My ganache center is Callebaut chocolate, which is 60% cocoa, for a deep, rich taste. These truffles are smooth on the tongue and pair wonderfully with bubbly champagne! The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate.
