Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles

Our Milk chocolate Irish Cream truffles are hand-made using Callebaut Belgian Milk Chocolate, heavy cream, and Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur. The creamy ganache is hand dipped into true tempered dark chocolate. The finished truffle is wrapped in gold foil, because these are worth their weight in gold!

The chocolate for the shell is properly tempered, and is never made from low-quality coating chocolate. Our truffle shells are always made with 55% cocoa pure chocolate. This item is for a 5 boxed truffles.
