Terms & Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not allowed.  Every effort is made to assure the best shipping conditions.  Orders are shipped Monday or Tuesday vis USPS Priority Mail.  This assures they get to you quickly and don't spend a weekend in a warm USPS warehouse.

Shipments to Canada must clear customs, and the timing for this is out of our control.  Please consider this when ordering.

The shipping various on the box size and the weight.  You can play around on the website. It will calculate the shipping before you have to commit to buying.  Shipping is all USPS Priority and starts at $6.25. That will get you any one item, multiple truffle boxes, a few sauces.  It goes up to about $16 for the large shipping box which would fit a TON of stuff.

If you are in any way displeased with your product, please let us know immediately.  We will work with you to come to a fair and reasonable resolution.
